We’ll decide if your items meet our criteria, and if they do, we’ll give a time to bring them to us.
If/once your item sells, you’ll receive 40% of the sale price, 48 hours after the sales transaction has been completed.
Criteria for quality of items:
We will not take items that are faulty, broken, damaged, dirty, stained, marked, in a poor state of disrepair, incomplete, under the stated value minimum of £25, or wrongly described. We will also not take anything that is illegal or falls under our criteria of ‘Things we can’t sell’. Should any items be left with us that fall into the above category, we will request you to collect them from us immediately, or to pay the costs for them to be disposed.
